When avoiding Malt due to an IgG reactivity, please avoid the following foods or read the labels:

  • Malted beer
  • Malt whisky
  • Malt vinegar
  • Bread
  • Cereals
  • Chocolate products
  • Food sauces
  • Processed beverages

Additionally, sensitivities to barley, wheat, rye, and oats can be common.
