Coconut & Citrus Sports Drink
- 3 cups coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon mineral salt
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 drops of Concentrace minerals drops (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge. If it is made with honey, it can keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
