When going gluten-free, to prevent cross contamination, you will need a separate and new:

  • Toaster
  • Cutting boards
  • Dish sponges
  • Dish towels
  • Strainers
  • Slotted spoons

Either eat at gluten-free restaurants, restaurants with a gluten-free menu that is appropriate for those with Celiac disease, or call ahead and speak with a manager or the chef about cross-contamination. Make sure to get a new toothbrush when going gluten-free

Have family members brush their teeth or wash their mouths  before kissing
