Brewer’s Yeast
When avoiding Brewer’s Yeast due to an IgG reactivity, please avoid the following foods:
- Wine and Beer
- Some Probiotics and B-Vitamins
- Soy Sauce, Coconut Aminos, or other fermented sauces
- Vinegar (some people can tollerate Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar)
- Foods that contain Vinegar (some Mustards, Olives, and Pickles)
- Vegemite and Marmite
